Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes (Important)

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not collect these fees beforehand and cannot predict what they may be.

Payment Methods

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal via secure email invoicing.
Once shipping costs are confirmed, we will send you a digital invoice (PayPal or Stripe) to your email address.

Delivery Time

Since all our artworks are made-to-order (commissioned), please allow time for creation.
Typically, creation takes about 1 week after the design is finalized and payment is confirmed.
Once shipped, international delivery generally takes 1-2 weeks depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged during shipping. If your work arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
