All content on this site, including but not limited to calligraphy artwork images, text, logos, and software code, is the property of Yabe Chosho and is protected by international copyright laws.
You strictly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, duplicating, or copying any artwork without written permission.
• Using artwork images for AI training or machine learning purposes.
• Reselling the artwork for commercial reproduction.

3. Product Descriptions & Simulation

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, please note:

• Color Accuracy: The colors of the artwork seen on your screen may differ slightly from the actual Washi paper and Sumi ink due to monitor settings.
• Simulator: The "Art Frame Visualizer" feature is for reference purposes only. The actual scale and appearance in your room may vary.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saitama District Court (Japan).
