Art for a New Lifestyle
Kawagoe Cocolo-machi is a residential development born in a prime location, accessible within minutes from three major stations: Kawagoe, Kawagoe-shi, and Hon-kawagoe. We were commissioned to coordinate the interior art for its model house, envisioning a lifestyle enriched by culture.
“Ichigo Ichie” (Once in a Lifetime Encounter)
The centerpiece of the living space is a work featuring the idiom “Ichigo Ichie”. In the context of a home, this phrase holds a special meaning—cherishing the unique encounter with the house itself and the precious, fleeting moments spent with family within its walls.
In addition to this, we provided a variety of calligraphy art pieces ranging in size and style, including:
- “Yume” (Dream): Inspiring aspirations for the future.
- “Mai” (Dance): Adding a sense of rhythm and joy.
- “Rin” (Dignified): Bringing a cool, composed atmosphere.
- “Kizuna” (Bond): Symbolizing family connection.
By integrating these works, the model house demonstrates how calligraphy can transcend traditional boundaries to become a vital element of “Modern Luxury” interiors.

アーカイブより、地元・川越の新しいライフスタイルを提案する「川越ココロマチ」での空間コーディネート事例をご紹介します。
「家」との出会いは、一期一会
川越駅、川越市駅、本川越駅の3駅から徒歩圏内という好立地に誕生した「川越ココロマチ」。そのモデルハウスのインテリアとして、複数の書作品を飾らせていただきました。
メインとして掲げたのは「一期一会」の書。
茶道の精神であるこの言葉は、住まいづくりにおいても深い意味を持ちます。理想の家との巡り会い、そこで紡がれる家族との時間。その二度とない瞬間を大切にしてほしいという願いを込めました。
暮らしに溶け込む言霊たち
そのほかにも、空間の用途や雰囲気に合わせ、大小様々な作品を提供いたしました。
- 「夢」：未来への希望を語る明るい空間に。
- 「舞」：心が躍るような軽やかさをリビングに。
- 「凛」：背筋が伸びるような静寂を和室や書斎に。
- 「絆」：家族が集うダイニングに温かさを。
モダンなインテリアの中に「書」が一枚あるだけで、空間に物語と品格が生まれます。アートのある豊かな暮らしを、実際の空間を通してご提案させていただきました。
